Responsibilities for the position include completing tenant work orders, performing preventative maintenance tasks, monitoring outside vendors work, trouble shooting issues, operating building EMS and mechanical systems to optimize building efficiency along with tenant comfort, operating access system as needed, and other duties as they arise.

Requirements: Must be able to work independently. Candidates to have a background in the use of building EMS, and access systems, as well as all aspects of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Must be proficient with computers, and programs Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Windows based programs. Minimum 3 years of hands on building maintenance experience in addition to a High School diploma, or G.E.D Required.
