Dear AAFAME Vendors:
 
Please find below the sponsorships that will be offered by AAFAME in 2009 so that our vendors can properly budget for those activities they wish to be involved in.   We would like to note that the amounts of sponsorships have not been increased and will remain the same in 2009.  Must be an AAFAME member to participate in these opportunities.

Types of Sponsorships:

"Around AAFAME" E-letter (at least 2 emails per month with your logo) = $250 per month
2009 SOLD OUT!
• Months available:  January - December (12 total)
• Distribution to 500+ emails in database with a 36% read rate
• Sample of e-letter shown on the right
• Logo & description of company services due by the 20th prior to the month chosen (.jpeg preferred)
• Sponsor is encouraged to submit an article of interest to use in the e-letter in their featured month
• Sales will begin after October 1st, 2009

Sponsor @ Luncheon (table for marketing materials & signage at event) = $400 per month
2009 SOLD OUT!
• Months available:  January, February, March, May, June, July, August, October & November
• Approximately 125 attendees
• 12 x 18 sign provided by AAFAME for display board however sponsor can bring their own as shown in picture
• Logo due by January 15th to have sign printed to display at the luncheon chosen (.eps preferred but will accept .jpg)
• Two representatives can attend at no charge
• Assist with door prize drawings at the end of the event (prize provided by AAFAME)
• Keep the business cards from the drawing
• Sales will begin after October 1st, 2009

16^TH Annual Chili Slam ~ April 2009 ~ Zilker Park ($500-$2,000)
2009 SOLD OUT!
• Title sponsor will be $2,000 and we will conduct a contest to see who wins the Top Chili Pepper
• Other levels of sponsorships will range from $500 - $750 (includes cost of team)
• This is AAFAME’s only true fund raising event for the association
• Approximately 350-400 in attendance

Membership Directory (advertisements range from $150 to $400)

• Printed directory used by over 375 industry professionals
• Ads range in size from business card to full page 5” x 8”
• Black & white ads for inside directory
• Ads can be designed for additional fee
• Includes yellow pages of services that includes all vendors
• Includes white pages of engineers contact information
• Printed and distributed at the EXPO typically held in September 2009

6^TH Annual Vendor EXPO
(exhibit tables will range from $500-$600)
• Event to be held September 9th, 2009
• Approximately 200+ attendees including building engineers & property managers
• Vendor will receive table top display for marketing and promotional materials
• Traffic is guaranteed with vendor bingo card that attendees fill out to qualify for grand prize
• 70 vendor tables available

Charitable Project (donations will range from $350-$750)
• Each year AAFAME plans a community services project to benefit a non-profit association such as Angelheart Children’s Shelter. 
• In the past we have held makeovers and races to benefit the charities. 
• The committee will plan another of these great projects in 2009 and we will look to our vendors to help fund the project. 
• Sales to begin in mid 2009.

Please fill out the form below if you are interested in one of the above sponsorships so that our committee can contact you when sales begin for each category.  We are providing this document so that many companies will have the proper time to get approval for expenditures before the sales officially begin. 

Don’t be surprised when we call you and ask you to sponsor something! 
You know how much it cost – now add it to the budget!
