CURRENT NEWS:

Since many of you are studying to become a LEED Accredited Professional through the New Construction and Commercial Interiors exam tracks, there are some important changes you need to be aware of which may require your immediate action.
The Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) has stated June 30, 2009 will be the last date that candidates can take the current LEED for New Construction v2.2 and LEED for Commercial Interiors v2.0 LEED AP exams. Exam registration must take place no later than March 31, 2009.

If you, someone in your organization, or someone you know is planning to take one of these exams before the new credentialing requirements begin, please read the following.

What you need to know:
1. You must register to take your New Construction v2.2 or Commercial Interiors v2.0 exam by March 31, 2009 (in 4 weeks) if you want to take the current version of the exam. 2. You can schedule to take your NC 2.2 or CI 2.0 exam at any Prometric testing center between now and June 30, 2009 (but you must register by March 31st).
3. If you take the exam after March 31st and fail the exam, you will NOT be able to retake the current NC 2.2 or CI 2.0 exam. You will have to wait until the new versions come out this summer
